Saudades de Portugal considers your privacy very important. I will therefore process and use your data in a secure manner, fully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy statement, I explain what data is collected from you and why. You can also read about your rights regarding this processing.

Who am I?

Saudades de Portugal is a sole proprietorship, established in Enschede. I am registered in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 70401578.

What data do I use?

Here you can find a kind of overview of the data that is processed, why this happens, what right Saudades de Portugal has to process this data from you and how long I keep this data.

I process your name, email, address, telephone number and other data that are necessary to optimally deliver and carry out my services to you. This data is kept as long as the blog is online. I use your name and email address to send the newsletter (only with your permission) and will no longer use this data for anything once you are no longer registered for this newsletter.

To manage orders from the webshop, I process your name, delivery address/billing address, email, telephone details and payment method. Without this information, the products cannot of course be delivered to you. For invoicing and financial administration, I use your name, company name, billing address, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, email address, bank details and outstanding balance to prepare the invoice. Without this information I cannot process the payment. I therefore need this information for the execution of the agreement.

To enable posting comments under messages or reviews about products from the webshop, I process your name, email and content of your message. When you post your message, your name will automatically become visible. This information will remain online until you delete your comment or ask me to delete it for you.

I have obtained the above data from you as a reader/customer because you provided this data.

What rights do you have regarding this data?

The General Data Protection Regulation has granted you a number of rights regarding the personal data you have allowed me to process.

Changes – If you wish to modify, add, hide, or delete your data, you can do so yourself via the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Select ‘change data’. If you wish to unsubscribe completely, select ‘unsubscribe’. If you are unable to resolve the issue yourself, you can always send a request to blog@saudadesdeportugal.nl. I will process your request as soon as possible.

Who receives your data?

Saudades de Portugal will not provide your data to third parties unless this is necessary for business operations or required by a legal obligation. Your data may be passed on to processors and parties involved in the execution of our agreement (for example, if you order something in the webshop) for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement. I will never resell your data to third parties.
